Match Report/Information

After half the team being late due to being stuck behind a travelling fair, Ripley had to bat first on a "green top". Some poor running and questionable bounces did not help, but take nothing away from T Hinchcliffe, who at 13 showed some great potential.

On only his second game of cricket for Ripley, L Saville impressed with bat and ball, but, given that we didnt perform with the bat as a team, it was always going to be a losing battle.

Well done NS - good set of lads, deserved winners.
