Match Report/Information
Match Reduced To 16 Overs, Pateley Batted First and Went at it from the start, Showers Stopped Play Twice but managed to get back out. Some power hitting from T.Simpson to reach 141* (4's x10, 6's x 15) supported by M.Eglin 54 Saw Pateley to 212 after 14 over, With Dark Clouds Lingering pateley decided to declard to ensure they could finish the job. Thornton had a decent start, but wickets began to fall and M.Eglin carrying on his form from sundays final showing he could also do it with the ball aswell 5-0-34-4, backed up by a very tight spell from T.Clements 3-1-5-2. A Cullen had a thrash in the last over but by then it was long gone. Well Played Pateley All the best next season !
