Match Report/Information
In a reversal of fortunes to the previous fixture held at Boroughbridge then it was a depleted Boroughbridge team that travelled down to the ACG this time around. After a modest opening over in which only 2 runs were scored then opener Callum Oliver quickly got into his stride hitting a brisk 61 ensuring ACC were 108-2 at the end of the 10th over.Batting at No.4 Will Lander matched Callum' s earlier effort and included 6 x 6 by the time he fell in the 16th over. Set a target of nearly 11 per over of 18 overs then BASCC were never able to match the run rate and the spin bowling efforts of Tom Colley 4-0-11-1 and Will Lander 4-0-20-2 saw the home side achieve a comfortable victory.
