Match Report/Information
The opening game of the season saw Waggon and Horses playing host to Dales. Waggon winning the toss and choosing to bat made 84 all out with usefull knocks from P Allen 25 and debutant B Greenwood 21. In reply Dales got off to a good start not losing a wicket till the 13th over. Then M Tweddle back into the attack took a classy hatrick in a 4 wicket over. Ending up with 5 for 32 off 6. This turned it into a very tight end to a good spirited game with Dales winning with an over and 4 balls left. L Telford making a hard fought 41, against some good bowling, hence man of the match.
