Match Report/Information

Newton batting first were indebted to opener Graham Brown who carried his bat for 47 not out and debutant Dan Wilkinson who hit 36 in Willows total of 124-4. M.Tiplady the pick of the Brompton attack with 2 wickets for only 20 runs in 6 overs bowled. In reply there batting never really managed against a disciplined Willows bowling attack losing wickets at regular intervals before collapsing to 74 all out. Dan Wilkinson the pick of the attack with 4 wickets for 26 runs in his first outing.
