Waggon and Horses hosting Crakehall Crackpots (as they filled the book in! at the MCC!) won the toss and chose to bat. A good start saw them to 121 for 6 A Chadwick top scoring with 52. Pick of Waggon bowlers being J Corner with 2 for 17 off 5. In reply Waggon lost early wickets and never really recovered making 54 for 8, with P Allen 18.
