Match Report/Information

A weak mavs team won the toss and elected to bat first, getting off to a flying start but losing wickets at regular intervals. However J. Southgate came together with R. Carruthers and put on a superb partnership helping the mavs to a very respectable 144 off their 20 overs.
Richmond then decided to give all their first team some more batting practice and got to their victory target quite comfortably, with 2 batsmen getting 50 retired.
Highlight of the game had to be the piece of "unbelievable" fielding on the boundary by D. Dale, well backed up by J. Southgate! Cheers lads, roll on back to winning ways next week...................hopefully!
