Match Report/Information
Two games into the second half of the season Scruton recorded their first win thanks to an excellent opening partnership in which both openers reached 50.The pick of the TW bowlers being P Peacock's 15 for 2. TW batting second were still in the game but when their dangerman Cooper went for 19, due to some tight bowling by all Scruton's bowlers and despite a couple of dropped catches they soon fell behind the rate leaving D Jardin to bat through to the end for a creditable 21 not out. A good game played at all times in the right spirit..
