Match Report/Information
Crakehall hosting Waggon looking for 4 points to win the league and Waggon looking for their first win. Waggon won the toss and chose to bat making 133 for 8, a good knock from P Allen 72 not out with 15 4's and N Wallach 15 not out. Pick of Crakehall bowlers T Flintoft with good figures 6/3/18/3 hence man of match. In reply Crakehall didn't quite turn up and fell 10 runs short for 7 wkts. Some tight bowling from Waggon and good fielding saw them to their first win in style! N Wallach 2 for 26 off 6 and P Allen 2 for 26 off 6. Champagne moment has to to A Corner for his boundary catch to get star batsman A Chadwick out for 5 probably turning point of game. A much enjoyed game and needed win for Waggon!!!
