Match Report/Information
Fair play to the scruton lads for wanting to play the game! BOS won the toss and chose to bat first on a soft track. There were some good contributions from B Weaver (30), M Ingram (22) and J Dowson (15) and managed to post a total of 117 and on a pitch that was hard to bat on looked a useful total. S Brass was the pick of the bowlers with 4-23 off 4 overs
Scruton didnt get off to the best of starts as Tiplady struck with the second ball of the innings! S Brass (16) A Dick (18) and A Wilson (21) battled there way to some good scores but the BOS Bowlers worked good areas with M Tiplady 2-13 off 6 overs and Allinson 2-19 off 5 overs did well to reduce scruton to 75 off there 20 overs.
