Match Report/Information
Newton won the toss, batting first they lost an early wicket, but held on to deny TW opening bowlers more wickets, D Oldham having to wait until his last over before bowling his man out, some quick bowling changes got more wickets, with Matt Tew taking his first senior wicket, but the highlight was again provided by Tom Moore who got a hat trick with his first 3 balls. In Reply TW openers got off to the best start of recent weeks, the got TW ahead of the run rate and the win was reached before light faded. A good sporting match and great to see so many young players on both teams.
