Match Report/Information
9 man Bedale maintained their unbeaten record with a comfortable victory over Brompton on Swale. Will Raw got the Brompton on Swale innings off to a flying start latching onto some short pitched bowling but once he was dismissed Bedale were able to restrict the scoring of their hosts to just 85 from their 20 overs. Wickets were shared amongst the Bedale bowlers. In reply captain Bradley Elsworth got the innings moving with some big sixes before being dismissed trying one big hit too many, A solid partnership between Joe Vernon and Andrew Shepherd saw Bedale within reach of their target before both were dismissed before the visitors finished the game with an over to spare.
