Leyburn played their home game at west tanfield.Batting 1st Tanfield reached 150 for 5 thanks to an excellent knock of79 from A.Hodgkinson.He was well supported by A.Ganderton with 35.The wicket takers for Leyburn were M.Allinson 2 for 26 and I.Clarkson 2 for 51.In reply Leyburn seemed to be coasting thanks to C.burnett 30 K.Dawson 48 and G.Hardisty 25 untill a middle order collapse.From 130 for 3 they were needing 4 from the last over with 3 wickets in hand.S.hodgson took 2 wickets from the first 2 balls of last over but A.Lisle hit 4 off the fourth ball to secure a Leyburn victory.
