Match Report/Information
West Tanfield batted first and posted a score of 150 for 4, mainly thanks to Adam Hodgkinson's 79. Leyburn looked like getting the total easily, with C Burnett (30), K Dawson (48) and G hardisty (25) all contributing, but they tried their best to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory with 3 run outs and a mid order collapse. With 3 runs to win from the last over, tanfield junior Sam Hodgson took 2 wickets with the first two balls, but A Lisle kept his head to score a 4 off the fourth ball and see Leyburn home by one wicket.
